How to Escape From a Full Nelson Headlock
Your attacker puts a full nelson on you from the back. This will force your neck down slightly and your arms up.
Step to your right with your right foot and suddenly insert your left foot behind your attacker's right foot.
Bend back from the hip, at the same time forcing your right arm against your attacker's face. If the attacker holds on tightly he will cause you to fall backward on fop of them.

This is very dangerous, as you may fall hard into the attackers' stomach or chest and either knock him out or break their ribs, so use caution in practice.
